基于超球支持向量机的主动配电网经济运行评价模型

EVALUATION MODEL FOR ECONOMIC OPERATION OF ACTIVE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK BASED ON HYPER-SPHERE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE

针对主动配电网的经济运行问题,建立一种新的评价指标体系,并提出一种基于超球支持向量机的主动配电网(ADN)经济运行评价模型。首先,定义ADN贡献电网损耗率、ADN贡献调峰效度等指标,建立主动配电网经济运行的评价指标体系。其次,为避免高维指标体系的冗余特征,通过构建系统差距指数和系统协调指数对评价指标体系进行降维处理,并利用改进的超球支持向量机确定与各等级超球面的位置关系,最终确定主动配电网经济运行评价等级。最后,运用所提评价方法进行算例仿真,并将该方法与模糊综合评价方法进行对比分析,验证该方法的合理性和有效性。

With the connection of large number of distributed energy resources(DERs)to power grid,the economic operation problems of active distribution network(ADN)have restricted its application.According to the economics of ADN operation,an innovative evaluation index system is proposed and an evaluation model for economic operation of ADN,which is based on hyper-sphere support vector machine is established in this paper.After defining,ADN contribution power loss rate,ADN contribution peak shaving validity etc.an evaluation index system is established for ADN economic operation.In order to avoid redundant features of high dimensional index,the system distance index and the coordination index are used for the dimensionality reduction of the evaluation index system.Besides,improved hypersphere support vector machine is used to determine the position relationship with all levels of hyper-sphere,and further to obtain the evaluation level of economic operation of ADN.Finally,some of example simulations and the comparison of the proposed evaluation method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is completed which verifies the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.
