摘要 本试验旨在探讨枯草芽孢杆菌发酵制剂对饲喂含AFB1饲料肉鸡血清生化指标和肝功能的影响。选择1日龄健康AA+肉仔鸡180只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只鸡。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加100μg/kg AFB1,Ⅲ组在Ⅱ组基础上添加0.1%枯草芽孢杆菌发酵制剂。结果表明:Ⅱ组出栏体重、采食量显著下降、料重比显著升高,Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组无显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ组肝脏的相对质量最高、Ⅰ组最低,Ⅲ组显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);肝脏和粪便中AFB1残留量Ⅱ组最高、Ⅰ组最低,Ⅲ组显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性Ⅱ组最高、Ⅰ组最低,Ⅲ组显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量Ⅱ组显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明AFB1可引起肉鸡出栏体重降低、采食量降低、料重比增加;增加肝脏的相对质量及肝脏和粪便中AFB1残留量,升高血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性,降低血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量;枯草芽孢杆菌发酵制剂能够在一定程度上改善AFB1对机体的损害和减少其在肝脏中残留。 The study was designed to investigate the effect of Bacillus subtilis fermentation agents on the serum bio chemical index and liver of broilers whose diet contains AFB1. 180 1-day-old healthy AA+broilers were chosen and randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 repeats each group and 12 chickens each repeat. Group Ⅰ was feed with a basic diet, group Ⅱ was feed with basic diet supplemented with 100 μg/kg AFB1, group Ⅲ was on a diet supplemented with 0.1% Bacillus subtilis fermented agents based on the diet of group Ⅱ. The results showed that inal weight and average feed intake were significantly decreased, F/G was increased in group Ⅱ, but there was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P>0.05). The relative liver weight in group Ⅱ was the highest, and lowest in group Ⅰ, the relative liver weight of group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅱ(P<0.05). The AFB1 residual amount in the liver and feces in group Ⅱ was the highest, lowest in group Ⅰ, and the residual amount of group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅱ(P<0.05). The activities of alanine aminotransferase, glutamic oxalate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase in serum in group Ⅱ were the highest, lowest in group I, and the activities of group Ⅲ were significantly lower than those of group Ⅱ(P<0.05). The contents of total protein, albumin and globulin in serum in group Ⅱ were significantly lower than those of group Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P>0.05). AFB1 could cause inal weight loss, average feed intake reduction, F/G increase in broilers, increase the relative weight of liver and residue amount in liver and feces, increase activities of alanine aminotransferase, glutamic oxalate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase in serum, and reduce total protein, albumin and globulin in serum. Bacillus subtilis fermentation agents could reduce the damage of AFB1 to broilers and its residual in the liver to some extent.
