血浆EB病毒-DNA检测在鼻咽癌中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 鼻咽癌形成的原因目前仍是未解之谜,但学者们一致认为鼻咽癌的发生与人们的生活方式有一定的关系。很多研究已经证实EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)感染与鼻咽癌的发生、发展密切相关。通过采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法,对不同时期的鼻咽癌患者血浆中EBV-DNA含量进行定量检测,EBV-DNA定量检测有望成为一种新的肿瘤指标。本文主要对血浆中EBV-DNA对鼻咽癌的形成所产生的影响进行阐述,并重点对鼻咽癌患者不同时期的血浆EBV-DNA水平在筛查、诊断、肿瘤负荷、转移、复发及预后中的应用进行概述。 The cause of nasopharyngeal cancer(NPC)is still an unsolved mystery,but scholars agree that the occurrence of NPC is related to people’s lifestyle.Many studies have confirmed that Epstein Barr virus(EBV)infection is closely related to the attack and development of nasopharyngeal cancer.This review describes the influence of plasma EBV-DNA on the formation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and uses the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)strategies to review the application of plasma EBV-DNA from different phases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in the screening,diagnosis,tumor burden,recurrence and metastasis and prognosis prediction.
