摘要
提高粮食的生产能力、粮食生产主体的生产效率,是提高我国粮食安全的重要手段。本研究对生产效率理论的产生发展、生产效率的测算方法、粮食生产主体的生产效率、宏观微观方面影响生产效率的因素等进行归纳总结。在相关粮食生产效率的研究成果中,多数学者关注于中国宏观粮食生产总量的生产效率测算,较少针对特定粮食主产省份的效率研究,具体到更小区域范围的研究更少;对于除农户外其他粮食生产主体效率的研究较少,且不同生产主体之间比较少;对影响因素进行归类的较少。今后的研究重点应侧重于从微观的角度进行分析,具体到市、县级地区,做更细致的分析,具体分析不同地区的具体生产情况;增加对新型粮食生产主体的分析和不同生产主体之间对比研究;同时对影响因素进行更为细致的分析。
Improving the production capacity of grain and the production efficiency of the main body of grain production are important means to improve the food security of our country. In this paper, the emergence and development of production efficiency theory, the calculation method of production efficiency, the production efficiency of grain production main body, and the factors affecting production efficiency in macro and micro aspects are summarized. Among the related research results of grain production efficiency, most scholars pay attention to the calculation of the production efficiency of China’s macro grain production, less on the efficiency of specific grain-producing provinces, and even less on the smaller regional scope;There are few researches on the efficiency of other food production subjects besides on farmers, and there are few comparative studies between different production subjects;and there are few studies on the classification of influencing factors. The future research should focus on the analysis from the micro point of view, specific to the city, county-level areas, do more detailed analysis, specific analysis of the specific production situation in different areas;increase the analysis of the new grain production main body and the comparative study among different production subjects;at the same time, make a more detailed analysis of the influencing factors.
