姜黄素抗肿瘤机制及其应用的研究进展

目的为姜黄素的进一步研究提供参考,为其在抗肿瘤方面的应用提供科学依据。方法在中国知网和PubMed 2个数据库中检索有关姜黄素抗肿瘤及其应用的相关研究文献,并进行综述。结果姜黄素的抗肿瘤机制主要集中在诱导细胞凋亡并抑制细胞增殖和生长及抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和抗炎等。姜黄素的相关应用和研究主要有姜黄素脂质体的制备和应用,姜黄素在声光动力抗肿瘤方面的应用研究,姜黄素逆转癌细胞的多药耐药性及姜黄素联合化疗药物抗肿瘤的相关研究。结论姜黄素抗肿瘤机制集中于多个靶点,针对这些作用机制的研究远远不足,后续应加强有关姜黄素临床抗肿瘤方面的相关研究。

Objective To provide reference for the further research of curcumin and provide basis for its application in anti-tumor.Methods The research literature on anti-tumor and its application of curcumin was searched on China Knowledge Network and PubMed database,and then summarized.Results The anti-tumor mechanism of curcumin mainly focuses on inducing apoptosis,inhibiting cell proliferation and growth,inhibiting tumor cell invasion and anti-inflammatory.At present,the related applications and studies of curcumin mainly include the preparation and application of curcumin liposomes,the application of curcumin in sonoluminous dynamic anti-tumor studies,the reversal of multidrug resistance of cancer cells by curcumin and the anti-tumor effect of curcumin combined with chemotherapy drugs.Conclusion The anti-tumor mechanisms of curcumin focus on multiple targets,but the research on these mechanisms is far from enough.Subsequent studies on curcumin clinical antitumor should be strengthened.
