大花紫薇扦插生根影响因素分析

Analysis on Factors Affecting Rooting of Lagerstroemia speciosa

以大花紫薇(Lagerstroemia speciosa)为材料,采用扦插繁殖方法,研究生根粉浓度、基质、插穗木质化程度、扦插时间对大花紫薇扦插生根的影响。结果表明,ABT-1生根粉浓度、插穗木质化程度和扦插时间对大花紫薇插穗的平均生根率均有极显著影响;基质影响不显著。6月下旬,采用嫩枝扦插,并以300 mg/L ABT-1生根粉水溶液浸泡插穗基部2 h,可获得良好的效果。

Taking Lagerstroemia speciosa as materials and using method of cuttage propagation,effects of different concentrations of ABT-1 root powder,different substrates,differrent lignified levels of cuttings and different cuttage time on rooting of L.speciosa seedlings were studied.Results showed that different concentrations of ABT-1 root powder,different lignified levels of cuttings and different cuttage time had extremely significant influences on average rooting rate which was not affected significantly by substrates.It would work best to soak bases of twig cuttings in aqueous solution with 300 mg/L ABT-1 root powder for 2 hours and take cuttage in late June.
