广西杉木沙床轻基质容器育苗技术与应用 被引量:15

摘要 介绍了广西壮族自治区林业科学研究院研发的杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)沙床轻基质容器育苗技术,并对该技术的特点、创新性及应用前景进行了阐述。采用沙床轻基质容器育苗方法,杉木种子发芽率提高50%以上,1年生杉木苗平均苗高、地径分别为32.4 cm和5.5 mm,苗木出圃率达90%以上,能有效提高良种利用率及苗木质量,利于育苗期间的集约化经营与精细化管理。育苗沙床兼具排水和保水功能,能有效平衡苗木生长对水分的需求,实现苗木对水分的高效利用并大幅节约用水成本。采用沙床培育的轻基质容器苗根系发达、茎干粗壮、抗逆性增强,造林后成活率显著提高。采用沙床培育轻基质容器苗是实现杉木工厂化和规范化育苗的重要技术支撑,是提升杉木育苗技术水平的重要突破,具有较强的实用性、科学性和先进性,可在杉木栽培区推广应用。 Container seedling raising technology of Cunninghamia lanceolata light media in sand bed designed by Guangxi Forestry Research Institute was introduced,and its characteristics,innovation and application prospects were expounded.Using the technology,seed germination rate of C.lanceolata increased by more than 50%;average seedling height and ground diameter of 1-year-old seedlings were 32.4 cm and 5.5 mm respectively,and percentage of lifted cutting seedlings was over 90%.The technology improved utilization rate of seeds and seedling quality,which was conducive to intensive management and fine management during seedling raising period.The sand bed for raising seedlings had functions of drainage and water conservation,which could effectively balance water demand of seedling growth,and achieve efficient utilization of water by seedlings and substantial saving of water cost.The light media container seedlings cultivated in sand bed had developed roots,strong stems and enhanced stress resistance.The survival rate of seedlings after afforestation increased significantly.Using sand bed to cultivate container seedlings with light media is an important technical support for realizing industrialization and standardization of C.lanceolata seedling cultivation.It is an important breakthrough in improving method of C.lanceolata seedling cultivation.It has strong practicability,science and advanced nature,which can be applied in areas of C.lanceolata cultivation.
