“信息文科”理念在设计学科的建设研究——以乌尔姆设计学院为研究中心

RESEARCH ON THE CONCEPT OF INFORMATIONIZED LIBERAL ARTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF DESIGN DISCIPLINE——CENTER ON ULM INSTITUTE OF DESIGN

"信息文科"概念随着技术与人文、艺术相结合应运而生,以乌尔姆设计学院为论述中心,分析其对于当下"信息文科"理念在设计学科建设的借鉴和警示意义。利用对比分析的方法,从乌尔姆设计学院在课程设置、与公司合作和对人文社会科学的关注三个侧面切入,为我国"信息文科"发展做出参照。乌尔姆设计学院在科学技术与手工艺术之间关系的探索上做出了诸多尝试,对于我国"信息文科"的发展有吸取的经验,也有前车之鉴。在设计学科中发展"信息文科"理念既是将设计作为社会生产重要推动力量的需求,也是对设计专业学生提出的更高要求,但发展中科学学科对设计学科的介入要适度,初期可以工作坊作为试点。

The concept of Informationized Liberal Arts came into being with the combination of technology and art. Taking Ulm Institute of Design as the discussion center,this paper analyzes its reference and warning significance for the development of Informationized Liberal Arts in China.By using the method of comparative analysis,this paper makes a reference for the development of Informationized Liberal Arts in China through analyzing Ulm Institute of Design from three aspects:curriculum setting,cooperation with companies and concern for Humanities and social sciences.Ulm Institute of Design had made many attempts in exploring the relationship between science and technology and handicraft art. It has experience to learn and lessons to avoid for the development of Informationized Liberal Arts in China.The development of Informationized Liberal Arts is not only the demand for design as an important driving force of social production,but also a higher requirement for students majoring in design. However,the intervention of Science in design should be moderate,and workshops can be used as pilot projects in the early stage.
