摘要
为探求影响消费者购买儿童玩具时的需求因素及关系,进而把握消费者心理,明确设计思路,有针对性地设计儿童玩具。采用决策实验室法(DEMATEL)探讨需求因素的重要性及其因素间关联;首先通过查阅文献和消费者调研筛选出重要因素,进而构建矩阵进行计算,得出影响消费者购买儿童玩具的主要因素。玩具品质和产品功能是最重要的需求因素,耐用性是核心影响因素,性价比是核心被影响因素。DEMATEL法可为儿童玩具的设计开发提供方法参考。
In order to explore the factors and relationships that affect consumers’ needs when buying children’s toys,and then grasp the consumer psychology,clear design ideas,targeted design of children’s toys.The decision-making laboratory method(DEMATEL)is used to explore the importance of demand factors and their correlation between factors,first of all,through the literature and consumer research to screen out important factors,and then build a matrix for calculation,to obtain the main factors affecting consumers to buy children’s toys.Toy quality and product function are the most important demand factors,durability is the core factor,and price is the core factor. DEMATEL method can provide method reference for the design and development of children’s toys.
