摘要
目的了解高中生心理健康知识素养与社会支持状况,为有效开展心理健康教育和心理健康促进提供基线资料。方法对某校全体在校的474名高一、高二学生,采用社会支持评定量表和自制的心理健康素养认知情况调查表,作集中自填式问卷调查。结果474名高中学生心理健康知晓率为64.19%,高二学生知晓率高于高一学生(χ2=11.098,P<0.01),不同性别与不同教学班学生的知晓率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。社会支持评定总得分为(36.9221±3.6124),不同性别的社会支持评定得分有显著差异。学生接受心理健康知识的既往途径前三位分别是学校老师、网站、报刊;期望途径前三位是学校老师、报刊、网站。结论在高中德育教育工作中,应关注学生心理健康知识素养的知晓状况与社会支持力,发挥教师对学生心理健康教育的作用,促进学生心理健康。
Objective To understand the mental health knowledge of high school students and social support status,to provide baseline information for effectively carrying out the mental health education and mental health promotion.Methods For all 474 high school students,the social support assessment scale and the self-made mental health literacy awareness questionnaire were used for a centralized self-filling questionnaire.Results The mental health awareness rate of 474 high school students was 64.19%;the awareness rate of the high-second-year students was higher than that of the senior first-year students(χ2=11.098,P<0.01);there were significant differences in the awareness rate of students of different sex and different classes(P>0.05).The total score of the social support rating was 36.9221±3.6124,and there was significant difference in the scores of social support scores of different genders.The top three ways for students to receive mental health knowledge were school teachers,websites,and newspapers and magazines;the top three expected ways were school teachers,newspapers and magazines,websites.Conclusion In the moral education of high school,attention should be paid to the students’mental health literacy awareness and social support,and play the role of teachers in students’mental health education to promote students’mental health.
