2018年上海市嘉定区安亭镇黄渡社区恶性肿瘤现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Malignant Tumors in Huangdu Community in Jiading District of Shanghai in 2018

目的了解嘉定区安亭镇黄渡社区恶性肿瘤现状,为制定黄渡社区预防肿瘤措施提供依据。方法对上海市肿瘤登记管理系统黄渡社区2018年登记报告的恶性肿瘤资料进行描述性分析。结果2018年,黄渡社区户籍居民恶性肿瘤现患病例911人,现患率为2.92%。男性病例383人,现患率为2.49%;女性病例528人,现患率为3.34%。45岁以上恶性肿瘤患病人数810人,占88.91%,恶性肿瘤现患率为4.57%。恶性肿瘤患病前5位依次为甲状腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、肺癌。结论甲状腺癌、消化道恶性肿瘤、女性的乳腺癌、宫颈癌是安亭镇黄渡社区的高发肿瘤。45岁以上年龄组是恶性肿瘤防治的关注重点。

Objective To understand the current situation of malignant tumors in Huangdu Community in Jiading District,and to provide basis for the establishment of cancer prevention measures in Huangdu.Methods The malignant tumor data reported in the registration report of Huangdu Community of Shanghai Cancer Registration Management System in 2018 were descriptively analyzed.Results In 2018,there were 911 cases of malignant tumors among residents with household registration in Huangdu Community,with a prevalence rate of 2.92%.There are 383 male cases,the present rate is 2.49%;528 female cases,the present rate is 3.34%.A total of 810 patients(88.91%)were over 45 years old,and the incidence of malignant tumors was 4.57%.The top 5 malignant tumors were thyroid cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,and lung cancer.Conclusion Thyroid cancer,gastrointestinal cancer,female breast cancer and cervical cancer are the high incidence tumors in Huangdu.The age group over 45 years old is the focus of cancer prevention and treatment.
