用电话回访对住院患者作延伸健康教育的效果分析

Effect of Extended Health Education by Telephone Return on Children with Chronic Gastritis

目的观察电话回访延伸健康教育在慢性胃炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法以2017年9月—2018年12月收治的64例慢性胃炎患儿作为观察样本,采用平行随机抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组各32例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上开展电话回访延伸健康教育,随访6个月,分别于对两组的治疗依从性、生活质量变化情况进行对比分析。结果护理后,观察组的治疗依从性得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电话回访延伸健康教育能明显提高慢性胃炎患儿的治疗依从性与生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of extended health education by telephone return visit in the nursing of children with chronic gastritis.Methods From September 2017 to December 2018,64 children with chronic gastritis were divided into control group and observation group by parallel random sampling.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given extended health education by telephone return visit on the basis of routine nursing.The follow-up period was 6 months,and they were divided into two groups.The treatment compliance and quality of life of the two group were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the treatment compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Telephone follow-up extended health education can significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of children with chronic gastritis,which is worthy of promotion and application.
