大椎穴刺络拔罐辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽病的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Dazhui Point Puncture and Cupping in the Treatment of Children’s Pneumonia and Cough

目的观察大椎穴刺络拔罐辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽病的疗效观察。方法将120例肺炎喘嗽病患儿随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。两组均有常规抗菌消炎止咳化痰等药物治疗。治疗组在此基础上给予大椎穴刺络拔罐。观察治疗后发热天数、咳嗽症状评分及临床疗效判定。结果治疗组在发热、咳嗽症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大椎穴刺络拔罐辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽病能改善发热、咳嗽症状,疗效确切,临床上值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Dazhui point pricking and cupping on children's pneumonia and cough.Methods A total of 120 children with pneumonia and asthma were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The two groups were treated with conventional antibiotics,anti inflammation,cough and phlegm.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Dazhui point and cupping.The days of fever,cough symptom score,and clinical effect were observed.Results The score of fever and cough in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dazhui point acupuncture and cupping can improve fever and cough symptoms in children with pneumonia and cough.The curative effect is definite and worth popularizing in clinic.
