摘要
目的探讨自我效能干预应用于学龄期儿童先天性心脏病术后康复效果。方法选取2015年2月-2018年2月期间于郑州儿童医院接受先天性心脏病手术治疗80例学龄期患儿,按照随机分组方式将其均分为两组。对照组40例术后给予常规护理,观察组40例术后实施自我效能干预。观察两组生活质量及家属满意度。结果观察组认知问题、焦虑问题、角色转换问题、交流问题及生活质量总分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度(90.00%)高于对照组家属满意度(70.00%,P<0.05)。结论在学龄期先天性心脏病术后患儿中实施自我效能干预可提高患儿家属满意度,改善患儿生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of self-efficacy intervention on improving the quality of life of school-age children with congenital heart disease after operation.Methods A total of 80 school-age children who underwent congenital heart disease surgery in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were divided into two groups randomly.The control group received routine nursing after operation,while the observation group received self-efficacy intervention after operation.The quality of life and family satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The total scores of cognitive problems,anxiety problems,role switching problems,communication problems and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of control group(70.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention in school-age children with congenital heart disease after operation can improve family satisfaction and quality of life.
