摘要 土壤中有机物含量较高且较难消解,主要的影响因素有消解方法、消解仪器、消解体系、加酸顺序及用酸量。因此,在测定土壤样品时,需要对其消解过程进行优化。基于此,本文选择电热板作为消解土壤样品的仪器,选择全消解的方法,将加热板升温至220℃,待黑色有机物基本消失后,开盖驱赶白烟至坩埚内容物呈黏稠状,取下稍冷定容测量。用此方法可同时消解铬、铅、镉3种元素,提高了工作效率,节约了分析成本。 The content of organic matter in soil is high and difficult to be digested, The main influencing factors are dissolving instrument,dissolving system,dissolving temperature and the dosage of acid. so it is necessary to optimize the digestion process in the determination of soil samples. Based on this, this paper selectes the electric heating plate and the method is selected and the heating plate is heated to 220℃after being covered. After the black organic matter basically disappears, open the cover to drive out the white smoke until the contents of the crucible are sticky. Take it down and measure the constant volume. With this method, three elements of Cr, Pb and Cd can be digested at the same time, the experiment is efficient and the cost is saved.
