检验前质量控制在生化检测中的应用

Application of Quality Control Before Inspection in Biochemical Test

为了探讨生化检测过程中实施检验前质量控制的价值,选取2018年12月-2019年3月在揭阳市榕城区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心进行生化检测的118例样本作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和研究组,每组各59例。对2组实施检验前质量控制后行第1次生化检测,7 d后进行第2次生化检测,且对照组未实施检验前质量控制,而研究组进行同第1次检测时同样的检验前质量控制。对照组和研究组第1次生化检测的准确率分别为93.22%(55/59)和91.53%(54/59),组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组第2次生化检测的准确率为93.22%(55/59),明显高于对照组的64.41%(38/59)(P <0.05),而研究组2次生化检测的准确率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此可见,实施检验前质量控制能够显著提高生化检测的准确率,使生化检测的质量得到保证。

In order to discuss the value of pre-test quality control in the process of biochemical detection,choosing 118 cases of samples of biochemical detection as the research object between December 2018 and March 2019 in Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center,dividing the cases into control group and research group by the random number table method, with 59 cases in each group.The first biochemical test was performed after the implementation of pre-test quality control in the two groups, and the sencond biochemical test was performed after 7 days when the the control group was not performed of pre-test quality control and the research group was performed the same pre-test quality control as the first test. The accuracy rate of the first biochemical test in the control group and the research group was 93.22%(55/59) and 91.53%(54/59), respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05). The accuracy rate of the second biochemical test in the research group was 93.22%(55/59), significantly higher than that in the control group 64.41%(38/59)(P <0.05), while the accuracy rate of the two biochemical tests in the research group was not statistically significant(P<0.05). It can be seen that the implementation of pre-test quality control can significantly improve the accuracy rate of biochemical detection, and ensure the quality of biochemical detection.
