摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法对富硒酵母中的硒进行含量测定。结果显示,本文5种形态硒质量浓度在100μg/L时具有良好的线性关系,即利用该方法能够对富硒酵母样品进行准确测定。通过研究表明,无机硒占总硒量1.63%,且有65%的硒很容易被人体吸收,并且以硒代蛋氨酸的方式存在。
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is used to determine the content of selenium in selenium enriched yeast. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the five forms of selenium in the concentration of 100 μg/L,that is to say the method can be used for the accurate determination of selenium enriched yeast samples.The results show that inorganic selenium accounts for 1.63% of total selenium, and 65% of selenium is easily absorbed by human body and exists in the form of selenomethionine.
