行政执法部门生物实验室管理规范研究

Study on the Management Standard of Biological Laboratory of Administrative Law Enforcement Department

不同于高校实验室以教学与研究为主,行政执法部门生物实验室是进行生物实验与检验检测、为行政单位提供相关数据分析结果的场所。我国高校生物实验室管理条例完善,且注重对实验相关人员的培训,与此对应的则是行政执法部门生物实验室的管理水平有待提高的现状。尽管行政执法部门生物实验室并非以研究为主要目的,但在实验过程中仍会接触到大量病原体微生物及有害化学物质,若是疏于管理,则不仅会影响实验相关人员的人身安全,而且会对周边环境造成严重污染。因此,本文对行政执法部门生物实验室管理规范进行研究,探讨如何完善这些生物实验室的管理。

The biological laboratory of administrative law enforcement department is different from the university laboratory, which mainly focuses on teaching and research. It is a place for conducting biological experiments, inspection and testing, and providing relevant data analysis results for administrative units. The management regulations of biological laboratories in colleges and universities in China are perfect, and emphasis is laid on the training of experimental personnel. Corresponding to this is the administrative law enforcement department biological laboratory management level to be improved.Although it is not for the main purpose of research, the biological laboratory of the administrative law enforcement department will still be exposed to a large number of pathogens and microorganisms and harmful chemicals during the experiment. If it is not properly managed, it will not only affect the personal safety of the personnel involved in the experiment, but also cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment. Therefore, this paper will study the management norms of biological laboratories of administrative law enforcement departments and discuss how to improve the management of these biological laboratories.
