本文以分类的模式对进口原油进行安全评价研究,并将原油按酸值和硫含量划分,重点考虑高酸、高硫、高酸高硫原油,将进口原油的安全评价分为取样安全评价、环保安全评价和过程安全评价,按照风险点分析其风险因素,并将风险因素进行分类评价。

This paper focuses on the safety assessment of imported crude oil in a classification model,and divides crude oils by acid value and sulfur content, focusing on high-acid, high-sulfur, high-acid and high-sulfur crude. The safety assessment of imported crude oil is divided into sampling safety assessment,environmental safety assessment and process safety assessment. Focus on the three safety evaluations according to the risk points to subdivide their risk factors, and classify and evaluate the risk factors.
