摘要
酶联免疫法是检测艾滋病抗体最常用的手段之一,它具有自动化强度高、检测速度快、有利于大规模筛检等众多优势。但在实际检测过程中,受多方面因素的影响,检测结果的准确性有待提高。基于此,为提高检测结果的准确性,就需要全面分析影响酶联免疫法检测质量的因素,并做好酶联免疫法检测艾滋病抗体的质量控制,减少假阳性和假阴性反应的发生,从而为临床防治艾滋病工作提供重要的依据。
Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) is one of the most commonly used methods to detect HIV antibody. It has many advantages, such as high automatic intensity, fast detection speed, and large-scale screening. But in the actual detection process, affected by many factors, the accuracy of the detection results need to be improved. Based on this, in order to improve the accuracy of the test results, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the factors that affect the quality of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and do a good job in the quality control of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for HIV antibody detection, so as to reduce the occurrence of false-positive and false negative reactions,so as to provide an important basis for clinical prevention and treatment of AIDS.
