摘要
本文探讨了荧光分析新方法在药物及生物样品中氨曲南检查方面的应用价值,以罗丹明B与氨曲南的荧光反应构建药物及生物样品中氨曲南实施荧光分析的新方法。该方法的加标回收率可达97.7%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~2.8%,因此,新荧光分析方法能够测定出药物以及人体尿液中的氨曲南水平。
In this paper, the application value of a new method for fluorescence analysis of aztreonam in drug and biological samples was discussed. A new method for fluorescence analysis of aztreonam in drug and biological samples is established by fluorescence reaction of Rhodamine B with aztreonam. The recovery of this method is 97.7% -103%, and the relative standard deviation is 2.0% -2.8%. Therefore,the new fluorescence analysis method can determine the level of aztreonam in medicine and human urine.
