摘要 随着人们生活质量水平的不断提升,当前时代下,人们对于食品安全的防范意识也在不断增强。为了进一步提高食品的安全性能,保证人们的生产生活健康质量,需要对食品中的微生物进行安全高效的检测,因为食品中微生物含量过高会对人体健康产生不利影响,因此,相关技术人员需要充分掌握食品微生物的快速检测技术,在具体应用过程中选择合适的检验方法,从而保证检验的质量,为食品安全提供保障。 With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life, in the current era, people’s awareness of food safety prevention is also increasing. In order to further improve the safety performance of food and ensure the health quality of people’s production and life, it is necessary to conduct safe and efficient detection of microorganisms in food, because excessive microbial content in food will have adverse effects on human health. Therefore, relevant technical personnel need to make full use of the rapid detection technology of food microorganisms, so as to select appropriate testing methods in the specific application process, ensure the quality of inspection and provide security for food safety.
