摘要
核二级电动三通截止阀是核安全2级阀门,用于安全注入系统(RIS)、反应堆和乏燃料水池冷却和处理系统(PTR)、化学和容积控制系统(RCV)、冷却剂贮存和处理系统(TEP)中,是三代压水堆核电机组的关键设备之一。结合阀门的功能要求,分析了核二级电动三通截止阀的技术要求、设计关键点及难点、,完成了样机的研制和性能试验,验证了该产品设计的合理性。通过对核电站核二级电动三通截止阀结构设计与研究,为电动三通截止阀的自主设计及技术研发提供思路和经验反馈。
Nuclear class 2 electric three-way globe valve is a class 2 nuclear safety一related valve,which is used in Safety Injection System(RIS),Reactor and Spent Fuel Pool Cooling and Treatment System(PTR),Chemical and Volume Control System(RCV),Coolant storage and treatment system(TEP),and is one of the key equipment of the third generation PWR units.In this paper,the technical requirements of the nuclear class 2 electric three一way globe valve are described,combined with the functional requirements of the valve,the research and development process is emphatically described,the key points and difficulties in the design are analyzed,and finally the development of the prototype and performance test verification are completed.The product has been successfully used in the site of nuclear power plant.Through the summary of this work,this paper provides ideas for the independent design and technical research and development of this kind of electric three一way globe valve.
