摘要
介绍了稳压器喷雾阀在安全壳内作用和功能、抗震要求、压力等级、固有流量特性、质保等级等设计参数及技术要求。论述了稳压器喷雾阀总体结构设计以及满足各个性能要求的设计思路和设计技术路线。分析和研究了稳压器喷雾阀总体结构、小流量通道装置、执行机构推力评估、低摩擦填料、流量特性曲线、阀门调节行程时间及气路的工作原理和设计方法。
This paper introduces the design parameters and technical requirements such as the effect and function of the regulator spray valve in the containment,aseismatic requirement,pressure grade,inherent flow rate characteristics,quality assurance level and etc of the pressure regulator spray valve.It discusses the overall structure design of pressure regulator spray valve and the design idea and technical route to meet the performance requirements.It analyzes and studies the working principle and design method of overall structure,small flow channel device,the actuator thrust evaluation,low friction packing,flow characteristic curve,the valve adjusting stroke time and gas path for pressure regulator spray valve.
