摘要
现行的TBM施工工艺中,大多采用预制管片进行衬砌,利用豆砾石回填灌浆技术对管片与围岩之间进行回填。以辽宁省观音阁输水工程输水隧洞施工为例,结合室内外试验对TBM豆砾石回填灌浆施工工艺进行研究,确定了适用于具体工程需求的豆砾石注浆回填工艺。试验结果显示,底拱回填灌注饱满,固结强度达到设计标准,说明该工艺具有一定的实际工程应用价值。
In the current TBM construction technology,prefabricated segments are mostly used for lining,and bean gravel backfilling grouting is used for backfilling between segments and surrounding rock.Taking the construction of water conveyance tunnel of Guanyingge water conveyance project as an example in Liaoning Province,combined with indoor and field tests,the construction technology of TBM bean gravel backfill grouting was studied,and the bean gravel backfill technology suitable for specific project requirements was determined.The test result shows that the bottom arch backfilling filling is full and the consolidation strength meets the design standard,which indicates that technology has certain practical project application value.
