摘要 水闸闸墩浇筑完毕后因内外温差,表面易产生拉应力,一旦超过混凝土自身的即时抗拉强度,就会产生"由表及里"的温度裂缝;闸墩后期因基础温差过大,闸墩内部将会产生较大的拉应力,极有可能产生由"由里及表"的贯穿性裂缝。本文基于Midas有限元仿真计算软件,通过3种工况对水闸闸墩施工期的温度场、应力场进行了有限元仿真计算,根据仿真计算成果,提出了经济且合理的温控防裂方案。 After pouring concrete of sluice pier,the surface tensile stress is lager than instant tensile strength of concrete cased by temperature difference of inside and outside,it is very easy to produce temperature cracks from the outside to inside.At the later stage of the pier,due to the large temperature difference between the foundation and the pier,a large tensile stress will be occurred inside the pier,which is likely to produce a penetrating crack from the inside to the outside.Based on the Midas finite element simulation software,the paper conducts finite element simulation calculation of the temperature and stress field during the construction period of sluice pier under three working conditions.According the simulation results,an economical and reasonable scheme of temperature control and crack prevention is proposed.
