协同设计在儿童围手术期焦虑问题中的应用研究

摘要 探索设计手段介入儿童围手术期焦虑问题的有效方法,为协同设计介入儿童医疗领域、缓解儿童焦虑问题提供更广阔的视角。基于儿童围手术期焦虑干预的现状,使用协同设计理论中的方法和工具,从协同预设患者旅程图到服务蓝图的制订,探索在不同阶段协同设计介入儿童围手术期焦虑问题的可行性。得出协同设计在儿童围手术期焦虑干预中的主要问题及工作方法。合理地利用协同设计的方法和工具,能更准确评估儿童围手术期的焦虑状况,形成有效的干预机制,提高儿童及相关人员的就医体验。 Explore effective design methods for children’s perioperative anxiety problems,provide a broader perspective for co-design in the field of child care.Based on the current state of perioperative anxiety intervention in children,explore the feasibility of co-design in children’s perioperative anxiety intervention by using the methods and tools of co-design theory and establishing the patient journey map to the service blueprint. Propose some co-design working methods in the different stages of children’s perioperative anxiety intervention.Reasonably using of co-design methods and tools can bring more accurate assessment in children’s perioperative anxiety,form an effective intervention mechanism,and improve the medical experience of children and related personnel.
