伦敦考古遗址保护历程及其经验启示

The Development of Archaeological Sites Preservation in London and Its Inspiration

随着新型城镇化进程的不断深入,中国越来越多的历史城市开始把考古遗址的保护与利用作为推进城市转型、提升城市文化品质的重要手段。文章在分析梳理英国伦敦150多年考古遗址保护历程与重要案例的基础上,总结了伦敦考古遗址保护与利用的革新方法,并深入归纳出伦敦考古遗址与城市空间统筹的策略,即历史环境的强化、公共领域的协同以及空间体系的整合,以资当前中国历史城市中考古遗址的保护利用工作借鉴参考。

With the continuous development of the new urbanisation,the preservation and utilisation of archaeological sites have become an important strategy to promote urban transformation and enhance the quality of urban culture in Chinese historic cities.Based on the preservation history and representative cases of archaeological sites in London from the 19th century,this paper analyses the innovative methods in the preservation and utilisation of archaeological sites in London.It further summarises three strategies for the integration of archaeological sites and urban spaces in London,i.e.,‘the enhancement of the historic environment’,‘the collaboration in the public realm’,and‘the integration of the spatial system’.These methods and strategies could be an important reference for the preservation and utilisation of archaeological sites in the historic cities of China.
