摘要
枸杞是我国重要的药食同源功能型特色产品。文章通过介绍枸杞在种植、加工过程中投入品的使用情况,分析了枸杞质量安全现状,并针对存在的问题对枸杞中典型农药残留进行了膳食摄入风险评估,进行风险预警,为保障枸杞的安全生产提出合理化建议。
Wolfberry is a characteristic product which could be both taken as the medicine and food. In this paper, the use of inputs during the planting and processing of the wolfberry was introduced. At the same time, the quality safety status was analyzed. To solve the existing issues, the risk assessment of dietary intake from the typical pesticide residue in wolfberry was conducted for risk early warning. The proper suggestions were proposed to ensure the safety production of the wolfberry.
