摘要
针对焦炉集气管压力系统具有的非线性、强干扰特点,文章提出一种基于T-S模型的焦炉集气管压力综合预测控制策略。利用模糊聚类算法辨识集气管压力T-S模型,再将非线性T-S模型转化为线性时变的状态空间模型。依据T-S辨识得到的模型设计状态观测器,采用基于状态估计的输出-跟踪预测控制综合算法,实现焦炉集气管压力综合预测控制。
In view of the nonlinear and strong interference characteristics of the coke oven gas collector pressure system,this paper proposes a comprehensive predictive control strategy based on T-S model.The T-S model of gas header pressure under different working conditions is identified by fuzzy clustering algorithm,and the nonlinear T-S model is transformed into a linear time-varying state space model.According to the model,the state observer is designed,and the output tracking predictive control algorithm based on the state estimation is used to realize the comprehensive predictive control of the coke oven gas collector pressure.
