眼眶炎性假瘤的诊疗进展

The progress of diagnosis and treatment for orbital inflammatory pseudotumor

眼眶炎性假瘤是原发于眼眶的慢性非特异性炎性疾病,是常见的眼眶疾病。其诊断主要依靠影像学及病理学检查。治疗以糖皮质激素、放射治疗及手术治疗为主。近年采用生物制剂、强力霉素等新的尝试治疗眼眶炎性假瘤,在给药方法和剂量的选择上也有新的突破,如眼眶内注射小剂量曲安奈德等。

Orbital inflammatory pseudotumor(OIP)is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease originating from the orbit.It is a common orbital disease.The diagnosis of OIP relies on imaging and histopathology.The treatment mainly includes glucocorticoid,radiotherapy and surgery.In recent years,there are some new treatment methods for OIP,such as biological agents and doxycycline.There are also new breakthroughs in the selection of drug delivery methods and doses,such as intraorbital injection of small dose triamcinolone acetonide.The new progress of diagnosis and treatment for OIP is summarized in the current review.
