孤儿自杀自残行为与暴力遭遇、心理韧性的关系

Relation of suicide and self-injury behavior to violent encounters and resilience in orphans

目的:探讨孤儿自杀自残行为与暴力遭遇、心理韧性之间的关系。方法:选取346名在校中学生孤儿和271名在校中学生非孤儿,采用青少年健康相关危险行为问卷(AHRBI)评估自杀自残行为,中学生暴力行为量表(MSSVBS)评估暴力遭遇,青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)评估心理韧性。结果:孤儿自杀自残行为得分与暴力遭遇得分呈正相关(r=0.34,P<0.01),与心理韧性得分呈负相关(r=-0.40,P<0.01);心理韧性在暴力遭遇与孤儿自杀自残行为之间起到调节作用(β=-0.03,P<0.05)。结论:本研究显示心理韧性可能调节了暴力遭遇与孤儿自杀自残行为的关系。

Objective:To explore the relation of suicide and self-injury behavior to violent encounters and resilience in orphans.Methods:Totally 346 orphans and 271 non-orphans were randomly selected.The Adolescent Health Related Risky Behavior Inventory was used to assess suicide and self-injury behavior,the Middle School Students Violence Behavior Scale was used to assess violent encounters,and the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents was used to assess resilience.Results:The scores of orphans’ suicide and self-injury behavior were positively correlated with the scores of violent encounters(r=0.34,Ps<0.01),and negatively correlated with the scores of the resilience(r=-0.40,Ps<0.01).Resilience was the moderator of the relationship between violent encountersand orphans’ suicide and self-injury behavior(β=-0.03,Ps<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that resilience may moderate the relations between violent encounters and orphans’ suicide and self-injury behavior.
