摘要 本文报道了3例20岁以下乳腺癌患者的临床资料、诊疗方案及预后情况。结合文献讨论其临床病理学特征、治疗及预后,并与年轻(35岁以下)乳腺癌患者的生物学特征进行对比分析,为该疾病的临床个体化治疗提供参考。 This article reports the clinical data,diagnosis and treatment plan and prognosis of 3 patients with breast cancer under 20 years old.The clinical pathological features,treatment and prognosis were discussed in the literature,and compared with the biological characteristics of young(under 35 years old)breast cancer patients,providing a reference for the clinical individualized treatment of the disease.
