分析外科手术联合药物治疗胆结石患者的效果

Analysis of the effect of surgical operation combined with drug therapy on cholelithiasis patients

目的研究外科手术联合药物治疗胆结石患者的效果。方法 100例胆结石患者,根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者实施外科手术联合药物治疗,对照组患者实施外科手术治疗。比较两组患者手术指标、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平、治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术时间(48.23±1.23)min、住院时间(6.32±1.09)d、肛门排气时间(20.33±1.23)h均短于对照组的(72.33±1.53)min、(12.34±1.84)d、(43.20±1.83)h,术中出血量(60.45±1.84)ml少于对照组的(152.55±2.09)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后30 d,两组患者TBIL、ALT水平均低于本组术后1 d,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外科手术联合药物治疗胆结石患者的效果十分显著,且能够使其各项指标得到改善,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of surgical operation combined with drug therapy on cholelithiasis patients.Methods A total of 100 cholelithiasis patients were divided into observation group and control group by admission order,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received surgical operation combined with drug therapy,and the control group received surgical operation.The surgical indicators,total bilirubin(TBIL)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels and therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(48.23±1.23)min,hospitalization time(6.32±1.09)d and anal exhaust time(20.33±1.23)h in the observation group was higher than(72.33±1.53)min,(12.34±1.84)d and(43.20±1.83)h in the control group,and amount of intraoperative hemorrhage(60.45±1.84)ml was less than(152.55±2.09)ml in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 30 d after operation,the levels of TBIL and ALT in the two groups was lower than those at 1 d after operation,and the observation group was lower than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 96.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 72.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical operation combined with drug therapy shows remarkable effect on cholelithiasis patients,and can improve their indicators.It is worth popularizing.
