82例2型糖尿病患者联合使用4种降糖药物的合理性和安全性分析

Analysis of the rationality and safety of combined application of four hypoglycemic drugs in 82 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者联合使用4种降糖药物的合理性和安全性。方法 82例2型糖尿病患者,均行二甲双胍、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、噻唑烷二酮类、格列类口服型降糖药物治疗。比较患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后, 82例患者FPG为(6.8±0.5)mmol/L、2 h PG为(8.1±0.2)mmol/L、HbA1c为(6.8±0.8)%,低于治疗前的(11.0±0.8)mmol/L、(15.8±0.4)mmol/L、(9.3±0.3)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发生低血糖2例,头晕3例,头痛2例,不良反应较少。结论在血糖控制不理想的2型糖尿病患者治疗中,联合使用4种降糖药物,疗效佳,不良反应少。

Objective To discuss the rationality and safety of combined application of four hypoglycemic drugs in 82 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 82 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with hypoglycemic drugs of metformin,α-glucosidase inhibitors,thiazolidinediones and gliclazide oral antidiabetic drugs.The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)and occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FPG(6.8±0.5)mmol/L,2 h PG(8.1±0.2)mmol/L and HbA1 c(6.8±0.8)%in 82 patients was lower than(11.0±0.8)mmol/L,(15.8±0.4)mmol/L and(9.3±0.3)%before treatment,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was 2 cases of hypoglycemia,3 cases of dizziness and 2 cases of headache.Conclusion For type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with unsatisfactory blood glucose control,the combination of four hypoglycemic drugs shows good curative effect with less adverse reactions.
