自拟中药外洗方治疗掌跖疣的安全性分析

Safety analysis on the treatment of palmoplantar verruca with self-made traditional Chinese medicine external washing formula

目的探讨自拟中药外洗方"掌跖疣1号"方治疗掌跖疣的有效性及用药安全性。方法 120例掌跖疣患者,采用完全随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者采用"掌跖疣1号"方熏洗疣体,对照组患者于患处涂抹维A酸乳膏。比较两组患者不良反应发生情况,观察药品不良反应类型及严重程度。结果治疗3个月后,观察组不良反应发生率为1.67%,与对照组的3.33%比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.342, P>0.05)。观察组出现不良反应1例,对照组出现不良反应2例, 3例患者安全性评价均为2级,不良反应程度则均为轻度。结论自拟中药外洗方"掌跖疣1号"方治疗掌跖疣安全有效。

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of self-made Chinese medicine"palmoplantar verruca No.1"in the treatment of palmoplantar verruca.Methods A total of 120 palmoplantar verruca patients were divided into observation group and control group by complete random method,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were fumigated and washed with"palmoplantar verruca No.1"formula,and the patients in the control group were smeared with retinoic acid cream on the affected area.The occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,and the type and severity of adverse drug reactions were observed.Results After 3 months of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.67%,which had no statistically significant difference compared with 3.33%in the control group(χ^2=0.342,P>0.05).There were 1 case of adverse reactions in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group.The safety evaluation of 3 patients was grade 2,and the degree of adverse reactions was mild.Conclusion Self-made Chinese medicine"palmoplantar verruca No.1"is safe and effective in the treatment of palmoplantar verruca.
