大型回转支承无软带感应淬火设备开发

Development of Induction Hardening Equipment without Soft Belt for Large Slewing Bearing

摘要 针对目前大型回转支承的淬火普遍存在软带问题,研究出一种新型无软带感应淬火设备。通过对设备的工作原理、结构、组成的详细介绍,利用有限元热力场分析,得出工件加热内表面的T-t分布图,最终实现大型回转支承整体淬火,有效解决工件软带问题。 Aiming at the prevalent problem of soft band in the quenching of large slewing bearing,a new induction hardening equipment without soft belt has been developed.Through the detailed introduction of the working principle,structural and component about the equipment,and the T-t distribution map of the heating inner surface of the workpiece is obtained by the finite element thermal field analysis.Finally the overall quenching of the large slewing bearing is realized,and the problem of soft belt of workpiece is effectively solved.
