集美学村历史建筑的公共性和利用研究

历史建筑作为城市的重要文化资本,是承载地方文化与记忆的物质载体,也是历史街区更新发展的催化剂与推动力。作为省级历史文化街区,集美学村拥有独特的“学在村中,村在城中”的学城一体的空间布局,拥有大量具有鲜明特色的历史建筑,集美学村作为一个以个人捐助形式办学,在1.35km2的范围内涵盖了幼儿园、小学、中学以及高等院校的街区,在中国近代历史中是独树一帜的,甚至在世界范围内都是罕有的。历史建筑作为城市的文化资产逐渐以商品的形式为集美学村的社区更新带来了契机,为地方旅游、文创、商业等产业的发展注入了新的活力。然而如何实现在地文化公共性与经济效益两者之间的平衡已经成为热点的话题。本文在对集美学村历史建筑的公共性进行评估的基础上,从发展文化旅游产业的角度,对历史建筑的保护和利用提出了建议,目的是为了展示集美学村的地方文化特色,重塑集美学村独特的城市文化品牌,促进文化旅游产业的发展。

As significant cultural assets,the historic buildings are the mot erial carriers of the local culture ond memories,as well as the catalyst and impetus of renewing and developing the historical blocks.As the provinciolly historical ond cultural block,Jimei School Village possesses unique spatial layout with"learning in the village,the village in the city",and has a large number of historical buildings with distinctive characteristics.Jimei School Village is covered with kindergartens,primary schools,middle schools,as well as high-level institutions and academies in the area of 1.35 square kilometers.It is unique in the modern history of China,and even rare in the world.As the cultural assets of the city,historical buildings gradually bring opportunities for the community renewal of Jimei Village in the form of commodities,and inject new vitality into the development of local tourism,cultural innovation,commerce,and other industries.However,how to achieve the balance between the publicity and economic ben efits of local culture has become a hot topic.On the basis of evaluating the publicity of historical buildings in Jimei School Village,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection ond utilization of the historical buildings from the point of view of developing cultural tourism industry for the purpose of displaying the local cultural characteristics of Jimei School Village,reshaping the unique urban cultural brand of Jimei School Village,and promoting the development of the cultural tourism industry.
