基于低影响开发分析的历史街区的保护性更新——以武汉里分为例

Protective Renewal of li Fen block in Wuhan Based on Low Impact Development Analysis

里分建筑是西方低层联排住宅和中国传统多进院落式建筑的融合标本,在汉口屹立百年,是这座城市发展的“见证者”,拥有厚重的文化底蕴。虽然政府一直致力于保护地方传统建筑,但随着城市化进程与现代化的消弭,仍有大量里分建筑在高楼大厦林立过程中被成片的夷为平地,令人扼腕。如何在保护历史街区及传统建筑文脉基础上,进行低影响开发(UD)更新其功能,成为新的研究重点。

Li-fen building is a fusion specimen of western low-rise townhouse and Chinese traditional multi-entry courtyard building.It stonds in hankou for hundreds of years and is the"witness"of the development of this city with profound cultural deposits.Despite the government's efforts to protect traditional local arch计ecture,a large number of lifen buildings have been razed to the ground in the process of urbanization ond modernization.How to carry out low impact development(LID)and update its functions on the basis of protecting historical blocks and traditional architectural con text has become a new research focus.
