旧城更新中的公共空间共生研究——以桂林八角塘片区为例

Research on Public Space Symbiosis in Old City Renewal——A Case Study of the Bajiaotang Area in Guilin

随着城市的不断发展,旧城公共空间面临与现代生活需求不匹配的困境,往往出现数量不足、碎片化、品质不高和活力不足等问题。如何通过城市更新手段对旧城公共空间进行梳理和修复,构建起完善的空间网络体系,促进空间各要素的在此共生共荣成为城市规划急需解决的问题。本文以桂林八角塘片区为例,提出公共空间“共生”的规划理念,从点、线、面三个层次探讨旧城公共空间更新策略,促进旧城公共空间环境品质提升。

With the continuous development of the city,the public space of the old city faces the dilemma of mismatch with the needs of modern life,offen with problems such as insufficient quantity,fragme ntotion,low quality ond in sufficient vitality.How to sort out and repair the public space of the old city through urban renewol means,build a perfect space network system,and promote the symbiosis and coprosperity of various elements of space to become an urgent problem to be solved in urban planning.Toking the octagonal pond area of Guilin as an example,this paper puts forward the plonning concept of“symbiosis”in public space,ond discusses the public space renewal strategy of the old city from three points:point,line and surface,and promotes the improvement of the quality of the public space environment in the old city.
