聚龙村是一个保存比较完整的广府村落,其选址综合考虑了水源、山田、交通、风水等;村居规划为梳式布局,考虑了防御、生产生活、礼仪习俗、崇学重教等因素。村落格局为:东西北三面农田包围,南面村前弯弓河流含抱,村后风水林庇护;巷道、广场、水体、绿化、庭院和天井有较好的美感和实用性,与村民的文化礼仪和习俗相关。
