摘要
基于上海市中心城区配电网站点布局,借鉴配电网网格化规划理念,将实际10 kV配电网抽象成一个供电网格,建立供电可靠性与经济性综合评价指标体系。以现状网架结构为基础,开展单环网、"钻石型"接线等各类规划网架结构的综合评估。以某供电公司网格化规划为例,验证所提综合评价方法的科学性和有效性,该方法对于指导成熟中心城区10 kV配电网规划具有一定意义。
Based on the layout of distribution network sites in downtown Shanghai and the concept of grid planning of distribution network, the actual 10 kV distribution network was abstracted into a power supply grid, and a comprehensive evaluation index system of power supply reliability and economy was established. Based on the current network structure, the comprehensive evaluation of the planning network structure such as single ring network and "diamond type" wiring was carried out. Taking the grid planning of a power supply company as an example, the scientific nature and effectiveness of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method are verified. This method has certain significance for guiding the planning of 10 kV distribution network in the mature urban area.
