摘要
电动汽车充电设施是电动汽车发展的重要基础设施。电动汽车充换电站具有快捷性、方便性和灵活性的特点,可提高电动汽车使用效率,达到电网削峰填谷的效果。构建了电动汽车充换电站成本-收入分析模型,选择净现值、效益费用比、内部收益率作为经济评价指标,建立了电动汽车充换电站经济性评价模型。以JMH电动汽车充换电站为例,对其在现行模式下的经济性进行了评价,结果表明经济性较差。提出了将换下的电池在低谷时段充电的低谷电充电模式,较大幅度地提高了充换电站的经济性。
EV charging facilities are important infrastructure for the development of EV. The charging and changing station for electric vehicles has the characteristics of rapidity, convenience and flexibility, which can improve the use efficiency of electric vehicles and achieve the effect of peak and valley clipping. This paper constructed the cost-income analysis model for EV charging and changing stations and the economic evaluation model of EV charging and changing stations by selecting the net present value, benefit-cost ratio and internal rate of return as the economic evaluation indexes. Taking JMH EV charging and changing station as an example, it evaluates its economy under the current mode, and the result shows that the economy is poor. The off-peak charging mode is proposed to replace the battery charging in the off-peak period, which greatly improves the economy of the charging and changing station.
