为了更充分应对将来泛网信息化项目的建设需求,通过收集典型项目的项目建议书、可研报告、估算书等,为深入了解项目的建设内容、建设目标、实施效果与效益,以及适合信息化项目的相关评价指标、数据来源、评价方法等做准备,最后分析了信息化项目评审存在的问题并提出解决措施。

In order to cope with the construction of the network informatization project needs in the future, this research collected proposals of typical projects, feasibility study reports, estimation books, etc., in order to thoroughly understand project construction content, goals, implementation effect and benefits, and to prepare relevant evaluation index, data sources, evaluation method, etc. suitable for informatization projects. This paper also analyzes the problems existing in informatization project evaluation and puts forward the solutions.
