重整装置预处理单元氢气一次通过的应用分析

摘要 洛阳石化重整装置预处理单元,在预处理循环氢压缩机K101S气阀故障且无备用机组的情况下,采用重整产氢一次通过代替循环氢,实现了不停工、不降量检修K101S。对流程改动的关键点进行分析,并就流程改动对预处理单元氢气组成、轻烃平衡、热平衡的影响进行了分析。结果表明,重整氢气改一次通过预加氢反应器后,氢纯度由90.44%提高到95.75%;预加氢混氢点温度由137℃降到了133℃。改氢气一次通过流程所需具备的条件有:一是下游PSA装置有足够的负荷;二是氢气管网需要有足够的补充氢源。由于一次通过流程需要排放大量纯度在95%以上的氢气,这部分氢气如果进入瓦斯管网,会对全厂瓦斯管网热值造成一定影响。本文分析了一次通过流程在重整装置预处理单元的应用效果,为氢气一次通过流程在的装置应用积累了经验。 In the case of air valve failure of the circulating hydrogen compressor K101 S in the pretreatment section of CCR unit at SINOPEC Luoyang Company and the absence of standby compressor,the once-through process for reformer hydrogen is used instead of the circulating hydrogen to realize the maintenance of K101 S without shutdown and production decrease.In this paper,the key points of process modification are analyzed,and the influences of process modification on the hydrogen composition,light hydrocarbon balance and heat balance of the pretreatment section are analyzed.The results show that after the once-through process for reformer hydrogen is used,the purity of hydrogen increases from 90.44%to 95.75%,and the temperature at the hydrogen mixing point of pre-hydrogenation decreases from 137℃to 133℃.The conditions required for adopting hydrogen once-through process include the sufficient load of downstream PSA unit and the sufficient make-up hydrogen source for hydrogen pipe network.The once-through process needs to emit a large amount of hydrogen with a purity of more than 95%.If this part of hydrogen enters the gas pipe network,it will affect the calorific value of the entire gas pipe network.This paper analyzes the application effect of once-through process in the pretreatment section of CCR unit,accumulating experience for the application of hydrogen once-through process in the unit.
