苦瓜多糖的提取工艺优化及方法比较 被引量:1

摘要 为提高苦瓜多糖的提取率,分别对水提醇沉法、双酶辅助水提醇沉法、双酶辅助超声水提醇沉法、双酶辅助微波水提醇沉法提取苦瓜多糖的工艺参数进行优化,然后比较上述四种方法在优化工艺参数条件下提取苦瓜多糖的提取率,得出采用双酶辅助微波水提醇沉法和双酶辅助超声水提醇沉法的提取效果较好,其提取率分别为23.33%和7.68%. To improve the extraction yield of the polysaccharide from Momordica charantia,the process parameters of water extract-alcohol precipitation water extract-alcohol precipitation,double enzyme auxiliary method of water extractalcohol precipitation,double enzyme assisted ultrasonic method of water extract-alcohol precipitation,double enzyme assisted microwave method of water extract-alcohol precipitation were optimized,respectively.Then,the extraction yields of the polysaccharide by these four methods in the optimized process parameters were compared.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction yield of the polysaccharide by double enzyme assisted microwave auxiliary water extract-alcohol precipitation method and double enzyme assisted ultrasonic auxiliary water extract-alcohol precipitation method were better.They were 23.33%and 17.68%,respectively.
