SiCp/Al复合材料挤压过程模拟及缺陷原因分析

摘要 采用有限元模拟软件计算碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料挤压成形过程。材料热模拟实验获得复合材料的流动应力曲线,模具逆向工程建模获取模具表面形状,导入模拟软件计算得到温度场、速度场和位移场等难以测试的场变量。通过对计算结果分析得到型材挤压翘曲变形的成因和工艺优化的方向。 The extrusion process of aluminum matrix composites reinforced by SiC particles was computed by finite element simulation software.The flow stress curve of Si/Al composite material was obtained by material thermal simulation experiment,and the mold surface shape was obtained by mold reverse engineering modeling,then import them into the simulation software to compute the temperature field,velocity field and displacement field which are difficult to test.With the analysis of the results,we can deduce the causes of extrusion warpage deformation and the direction of process optimization.
