摘要
利用在线涂布(In-line coating)技术制备石墨烯基防静电聚酯薄膜,防静电剂选择水性石墨烯基分散液,涂布粘合剂选自聚酯、聚氨酯中一种或两种,交联剂选自三聚氰胺、氮丙啶、噁唑啉中一种或两种,粒子选择二氧化硅水分散乳液,表面润湿剂选择非离子型表面润湿剂,制备出具有高透明性、良好收卷性、易粘结性、防静电性能优异的光学聚酯薄膜。
Graphene-based antistatic polyester film is prepared by In-line coating technology.The antistatic agent is aqueous graphene dispersion,the coating binder is one or two of polyester and polyurethane,the crosslinking agent is one of melamine,aziridine and oxazoline,the particle is aqueous dispersion silica emulsion,and the surface wetting agent is nonionic surface wetting agent.The optical polyester film with high transparency,good winding property,easy adhesion and excellent anti-static performance is prepared.
