六堡茶产业发展与品牌建设研究

Research on the Development and Brand Construction of Liu-pao Tea Industry

近年来,梧州市通过采取出台产业扶持政策、打造六堡茶区域公用品牌、产业平台建设、六堡茶标准体系建设、创新产业科技等一系列政策和措施,大力扶持六堡茶产业做大做强,以茶兴业、以茶富民效应已初显。但是,六堡茶产业发展和品牌建设仍面临政策支撑不足、科技研发力量有限、茶园基础薄弱、龙头企业带动力不强等困难,针对上述困难,提出做好顶层设计,引领产业有序发展;出台扶持政策,推动产业规模发展;完善平台建设,加大科技研发力度;推进重点项目建设,一二三产融合发展;高位推动品牌建设,做大做强产业等发展建议。

In recent years,Wuzhou City has adopted a series of policies and measures such as the industrial support policies,the building of public brand of Liu-pao tea area,the constructing of industrial platform,the constructing of Liu-pao tea standard system,the innovation of industrial technology and so on,to vigorously support Liu-pao tea industry to develop better and better.The effect of promoting industry and enriching people with tea is obvious.However,the development and brand building of Liu-pao tea industry are still facing difficulties such as insufficient political support,insufficient research and development,weak tea garden foundation and weak taking a lead force of leading enterprises.In view of the above difficulties,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:making a good top-level design,leading the orderly development of the industry;introducing supportive policies to promote industrial scale development;improving platform construction and intensifying scientific and technological research and development;promoting the construction of key projects and integrating the development of the first,second and third industries;promoting the brand building with a high level and improving the industry step by step.
