Giving Play to the Advantages of Political Economy Discipline Strengthen the Study of Economic System

经济制度是整个中国特色社会主义制度的基础和重要组成部分,发挥政治经济学学科优势,加强对经济制度的研究,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重要使命。社会主义经济制度是由根本经济制度、基本经济制度、重要经济制度构成的制度体系。首先要加强中国特色社会主义基本经济制度研究,阐释党的十九届四中全会关于社会主义基本经济制度伟大创新的实践和理论依据,以及对新时代实践发展的指导意义;同时要加强对社会主义根本经济制度和重要经济制度的探索和阐释。坚持和完善社会主义经济制度的目的,是把我国制度优势更好转化为国家治理效能,为解放和发展生产力,满足人民不断增长的美好生活需要,实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴提供有力保证。中国特色社会主义政治经济学要为此作出贡献。

The economic system is the foundation and an important part of the entire socialist system with Chinese characteristics. It is an important mission of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics to give full play to the advantages of political economy discipline and strengthen the study of the economic system. The socialist economic system is an institutional system composed of a basic economic system, a foundational economic system and an important economic system. First of all, it is necessary to strengthen the study of the basic socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics, to explain the practice and theoretical basis of the great innovation of the basic socialist economic system of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and its guiding significance to the development of practice in the new era;meanwhile, we should strengthen the exploration and explanation of socialist fundamental economic system and important economic system. The purpose of upholding and improving the socialist economic system is to better transform China’s institutional advantages into the effectiveness of national governance, to liberate and develop productive forces, to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life, to achieve the"Two Centenary"goal and to provide a strong guarantee for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics should contribute to this.
